How Can We Pray For You?

Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

We believe in the power of prayer. How can we pray for you?

Why Pray?

Prayer is our lifeline and love language to God. Prayer helps us to grow in our faith and in our relationship with God by having a conversation with the One who can do something about all that we face in life.

As we pray, we draw closer to God and depend on Him.

Benefits of Prayer

1). Prayer gives us peace of mind.

2). Prayer changes outcomes and perspectives.

Prayer can move mountains! Yet, there are times when we pray when our situation may not change immediately. The situation may not change, but your perspective can change as you pray. The thing that you may have been praying for God to change just may be the thing God uses to change you!

3). God hears and answers prayers

Zechariah and Elizabeth are examples of people who prayed and may have forgotten the prayer, or thought that the answer was “No” because it took a while for God to answer.

God answered their prayers in His timing!

Prayers do not have an expiration date.

Philippians 4:6

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Matthew 6:6

But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Now that you are in Christ it is important to continue growing with God.

God has a purpose and plan for your life.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not

to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

God wants you to know that He loves you so much! He wants the best for you.
